Hi, I am Melinda Miller.

I am a 10 times published photographer from Akron, Ohio. Out of those publications, Lashes & Lace, I was awarded the cover shot! I have worked closely with MC1 Nashville/Sony Orchard Recording Artist, Morgan White. She and I had the privilege to share a billboard in downtown Nashville.

I am experienced in diverse genres of photography from maternity, newborn, and all stages in between. Engagements and weddings, no problem! Seniors or sitters, I have you covered! I've even been known to photograph a snake or two.

I'm just a simple country gal who likes the quieter things in life. I am the mother of 3 gorgeous children ranging in ages from 28 to 9. My family and I used to live in southern West Virginia, where we spent many of our days riding four-wheelers in the beautiful mountains. I enjoy singing with my husband at church, and spending time with family and friends. Most Saturday evenings while I was growing up, you could find me watching Wild America with my grandpa. That has given me the love for nature documentaries ( kind of nerdy, I know. )

Photography is more than just taking pictures. For me, its creating an experience for my client. I want you to remember our time together every time you look at your pictures. Life has taught me many things. Time is fleeting, it's passes all to quickly. Newborn babies turn into high school seniors before our very eyes. The newly married couple celebrate their first year anniversary before we can turn around. Our loved ones will cross to the other side before we are ready. We must preserve as much as we can, through traditions, stories, and our beloved photographs.
